We are Kati and Naveed – the founders of Culture behind Business. What connects us is our passion for building bridges between cultures.
Our story is one of cultural diversity: Naveed has his roots in Pakistan, while Kati is from Germany. Through our personal and professional journeys, we’ve seen how enriching, yet sometimes challenging, intercultural experiences can be — especially when people move to a new country or work across international teams.
With our podcast Culture behind Business, we want to help reduce cultural misunderstandings and promote real human connection. We talk about authentic experiences, cultural insights, and how curiosity and empathy can turn differences into opportunities.
We see ourselves as cultural ambassadors and aim to support and inspire those who take the step into a new environment — or simply want to understand the world behind business and culture a little better.
Feel free to reach out to us! We’re happy to connect — in English, German, Italian, or Urdu.
